Went to yet another Saltdogs game today and for once, the home team won! I guess the curse is over! However the pain is just starting. Most of my skin on the tops of my hands is this lovely shade of red. Why didn't I put sunscreen on the tops of my hands? Typing will be fun tomorrow...

I'm begining to realize just how old I am. I was playing with the 10 year daughter of my wife's sister's husband's brother today after the ballgame. I have no idea what the name of that relationship is, .. second-niece perhaps? Anyway - the reality of my age came to me as I was pushed out of a low hanging branch onto some rather oddly shaped ground. Nothing broke but my pride and the delusion that I can pretend to be a monkey. Maybe I should stick to playing the big silverback gorilla or something.
