Talk about a wasted afternoon. I spent the entire morning meeting over at Bellevue for the NLA meeting. Normally I would just write the whole day off and go home whenever the meeting is out of town. Today was different. I have been playing email tag with a student to help him figure out why he can't get into our online resources for about a month. He won't give me his phone number so he has to call me, I can't call him. We set up Thursday morning as the time for me be here. Anyway - I'm sitting the office all afternoon. No phone call. I could have gone home to finish typing up Monday's hand out, or finish revising the tips for the new faculty document, or even take a nap. ERF!
