I'm in for a bunch of changes, soon.

I turn 30 tomorrow. Thirty. 3-0. And you know what? It no big deal.

The real big deal? In two weeks Julie & I get the keys to our first house. That's a big deal. We are constantly going over what we should do and get, and what we can afford. I've heard too many horror stories about people buying a house and then not being able to pay the first month's mortgage because they went nuts with home improvements. That's not going to happen to us. Not if I can help it.
