Complain, complain, complain...

That's all I've been doin' lately. I apologize for that. Things are better now as I've recently taken a vacation and things are so much better. I almost would feel like a new man, except for the fact I have the same clothes, and clothes are what make the man, right? Yeah, I didn't think so either.

Why am I so giddy? I don't really know - but it might be a mix of things. I've started exercising a little bit more regularly now, some of big projects are finished or well under control, my promotion and tenure bid is shaping up quite nicely, the wife has found a part-time job, and the cat has recently started to sit in my lap where before she was quite content just looking down from her perch at us.

Life is good, except for whatever was causing my stomach make me queasy all day yesterday, but I fell better now - so I won't complain.
