Nebraskans - Please Read

Normally I don't get into politics here, but this is something I really feel strongly about.

I do want to make the statement that the opinions in this blog do not necessarily represent those of my employer. I used no state resources in this posting. I am speaking as a private citizen and not a representative of any organization or business.

Now that I've gotten that out of the way, there's a little item on the ballot for our next election, a constitutional amendment called Initiative 423 or "Stop OverSpending Nebraska". If this passes, our state will be in a position where the legislature would be unable to be flexible in budgeting for our state.
